Like most of the German healthcare system, radiology is affected by a shortage of skilled professionals: existing supply bottlenecks are becoming increasingly intensifying.
Our mission at Raya is to prevent this supply shortage and ensure comprehensive, top-quality radiological diagnostics throughout Germany.We can only achieve this through a true digital transformation in radiological diagnostics and by providing a modern work environment. This enables radiologists to work more effectively and efficiently.
To this end, Raya has assembled an interdisciplinary team in Munich that is rethinking teleradiology.

Radiology meets tech and start-up expertise
Nora has over ten years experience as a radiologist at the University Hospital of LMU Munich, where she gained extensive expertise in everyday clinical practice and research.
Formerly a CTO of a Munich startup, Tobias is a thorough tech expert. Starting as a software developer, he later led a team of 20 developers across two locations.
Christoph spent several years in an international strategy consultancy. Afterwards, he expanded and led Europe's leading founder conference Bits & Pretzels as COO/CFO.
