But of course, our telemedicine service goes beyond mere findings. All Raya processes, from our IT and development department to medical operations, but in particular those of data, image and report transmission and evaluation as well as the coordination of the provision of telemedicine services, were transformed into transparent, standardized and coherent processes, procedures and measures. We therefore work in accordance with quality management standards: DIN EN ISO 9001.
